Ikotos, Eastern Equatoria – February 2025
WIHDO has successfully completed a three-week maternal health awareness campaign across remote areas of Ikotos County. The campaign included community sensitization on safe delivery practices, antenatal care, and family planning. With the support of local health workers and traditional birth attendants, the outreach impacted more than 500 households, reducing myths and misconceptions surrounding maternal health.
